Class 1 (Ages 6-12)
Thursdays 7:00-7:45pm.
Simplified instruction targeted for younger ages, higher instructor-student ratio.
Class 2 (Ages 6-12)
Thursdays 7:30-8:15pm.
Simplified instruction targeted for younger ages, higher instructor-student ratio.
Class 3 (Ages 13+)
Thursdays 8:15-9:00pm.
For teens/adults; physical conditioning, more advanced training.
