How God Will Judge Us

If you ask a non-Christian why he believes he’ll go to heaven, he’ll likely say that it’s because he’s a good person. If you ask a Christian why she believes she’ll go to heaven, she’ll likely say that it’s because she believes in Jesus. In this text, the Apostle Paul tells us that the answer lies somewhere in between: faith in Jesus that produces good works is the only true basis for the assurance of salvation.
